Remember the only good thing about school dinners?? Yummy yummy Aussie crunch!!

Its loaded with fat and sugar but we all deserve to treat ourselves every now and then!

8oz Butter (or substitute, I use Pure - works well)
5oz Caster sugar
3oz Dessicated coconut
3oz Corn flakes
1tbsp Cocoa
5oz SR flour
4oz Melted chocolate (I use plain but I expect milk chocolate would be yum too)

Melt the butter and add it to all the other ingredients in a big bowl and mix.....its that simple :D

Put in a baking tin, cook for 30mins at 175c

Ice - I like minty icing best yummy yumm yumm

Never heard it called that before!!! Any reason for the flour, and in particular self-raising?

Come and make me some right now!!!!!! :D

the flour gives a bit of air, otherwise its a bit stodgy
