Abandon your life of piracy as you clearly don't have the legs for it!

Peppermint and ginger are fantastic for tummy trouble. Either of those as a tea or as a massage blend (not together) should help. Are you throwing up? Diarrhoea? Or just feeling wobbly? If the 1st 2 don't eat anything but sip water (boiled & cooled) regularly until you start to feel better, then introduce gentle food slowly. If you're just feeling sick, have the teas and don't eat any rubbish!

NB I am not a doctor so follow my advice at your own peril!!!!! :)

OI OI... i'll have you know i eat far better than most people. I had had stir fry tuns of vegetables in it and rice so none of that and apples and water and all sorts i'd even drank boiled water for ages. It still hurt. So don't be using that "arrgh student crap" thank you very much. ;)

Then i had some weird milk of magnesium stuff for a while and it got better.
So i was eating and drinking fine, it was just funny!

Thanks for the suggestions any whoo
