Anyone know how to make them? I think the filling is quite straight forward, you can wing it, but the pastry is what I don't have a breeze about.
Cheers.

Tibetan/Nepali food, they are the business. Just some sort of pasta type of pastry with a nice filling.

Pastry is one of the easiest things on earth to make. Basically it is just flour, water and a bit of oil.
You need to have 3 units of flour to 1 unit of water. Looking at one recipie on the net it says 3 cups of flour to 1 cup of water with a table spoon of oil.
If I did it I would use 4oz of flour and add the water till the flour is a doughy texture and I can lift it out of the bowl in one piece. Personally I would not use the oil. You probably want to be careful and not over handle the dough as this would toughen it up.
