1 Leek
2 Carrots
3 Sticks of celery
1 Tin Sweetcon
3 Cloves Garlic
Diced root Ginger
Nutmeg
Dice the celery, leek, garlic and ginger. Grate the carrots. Cook all in a deep wok. Season with ground black pepper, rock/sea salt and lots of Nutmeg. The nutmeg will give the other ingredients a wonderfull taste. Cook till done. Serve with cous cous and a chilled glass of white wine. Enjoy.
