here you go hannah, its vague but have a go!
approx 2 teacups bulgar wheat made up as on back of packet ( I use stock instead of water)
when cooked add to it:
1 tin drained chickpeas
1 chopped red onion sauteed with a clove of garlic in olive oil
a large tablespoon toasted pinenuts
chopped fresh mint
juice of a fresh lemon
eat!!
