Take one ricecake
Spread with almond butter, hazelnut butter and tahini.
Sprinkle with copious amounts of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linseed.
Top with alfalfa and broccoli sprouts.

One early morning nutrition-bomb. Enjoy!

Mmm, that sounds lovely! Would make a really good pick-me-up snack too.

So depressing that our lovely local health food shop has closed down... I'll have to go all the way to Southampton to get almond butter and hazlenut butter :(
