Warning: you will feel your arteries hardening whilst eating this dish!

I don't do quantities, so you'll have to cobble this together according to taste. I don't normally do quorn either, but I'll make an exception for this dish. :pant:

You will need:

Closed-cup mushrooms
Red onion
Soured cream
White wine
Black pepper
French mustard

Lightly fry the quorn in butter, adding the diced red onion and large pieces of chopped mushroom just before the quorn browns.

Once the mushrooms are becoming tender, add the paprika, black pepper and garlic.

Fry for another minute or so, then tip in the soured cream and stir in the wine. Chuck a small amount of french mustard in for added bite.

You're aiming for a substantial sauce, with a yoghurt-like consistency. You'll need a fair amount of soured cream, but the white wine is good for thinning it out. ;)

Serve with basmati rice and steamed kale. :thumbup:

... and finish off with a brisk jog to return your heart to some form of working order. :panic:

Now that sounds like my kind of food.......:thumbup:as for a brisk jog, forget it, I might trip over my slippers, fall and break a hip :D
