quorn, mushrooms and prunes in honey and prune juice. Nutty coucous. And quinoa.
Cooking for rellies tonight so its time for a veggie experiment:
Pan 1: Prunes, in a little juice, reducing nicely
Pan 2: Stirfry portabello mushrooms. Add to pan 1 when done.
Pan 2: Strifry quorn (yes I KNOW its a cop out :) ) in honey. Add to pan 1 when nicely Caramelised.
Pan 2: (clean pan) then toast pine nuts and cashews
Pan 3: cook couscous
Pan 3: Add pine nuts and cashews from pan 2, stir in and warm through
Pan3: sprinkle with sesame oil and mix in
Pan 4: Quinoa
If its all done at the same time it'll be a bloody miracle :) but hey :)
