I just made up this recipe and its rather yummy!!
I am not sure if it should be called a cake or a bread, its a bit of both.

You need
60g Sunflower spread/margarine (I use PURE)
100g Organic Brown Sugar
180g Oats
2 Bananas
50g Rye or Wholewheat Flour
40g Sultanas
1 tsp Baking Powder

Mash up the bananas. Melt the margerine and add the sugar and stir well. Then just chuck in the mashed bananas and the rest of the ingredients.
Put into a cake tin, spread it out evenly.
Put in oven at 180degrees for 18-20 minutes until golden brown

I'm actually tempted to go out and buy bananas just to try!! Sounds delish! :D

I should have mentioned, the bananas I used were relatively small so you might not need two whole ones if they are big.

I just baked a batch and they've all gone, hadn't even cooled yet! I only got a teeny bit!
