    Last night I roasted loads of veg and whole garlic cloves with olive oil and paprika. What was left over I warmed up and had for lunch today on pitta bread with hummus. Heaven!

    Baked spuds with homemade easy beetroot chutney.... basically great and rinse four cooked beetroot ....add a tablespoon of balsamic glaze and a teaspoon of sugar and some chopped dill...mmmmmmmmmmm
