Am just about to make a tofu stir fry with rice noodles. Have finally found a stir fry sauce that I love...is soy sauce with garlic and ginger, and agave syrup, brown sugar, cornstarch and Garam masala. So tasty.

Haven't had anything to eat since Saturday night, other than tea, coffee, and water. The joys of being totally stressed and upset.

Just got an email a couple of hours ago canceling a tutorial and lecture I'd been dreading.

Went and got Amy's Kitchen Macaroni Cheese out of the freezer. It's my cheer up food.

I got the burritos too, haven't quite got round to them, working my way through a macaroni stash.

It's been a good day for picking mushrooms, so tonight I made a posh risotto using field blewits and saffron milk caps. Since I was using "gourmet" mushrooms, I decided to put a cup of white wine in the recipe. This meant I had to open a bottle of Prosecco, and of course this doesn't keep so I drank the rest of the bottle with the risotto, which was truly delish.

As I got drunker, playing viola got easier. I can see why so many musicians are drunks.

    I've had an awesome evening.

Not sure if this is the right place I was looking at a website run by British farmers who grow quinoa peas ,beans etc.

The site is called Hodmedods they have some great vegetarian recipes on there well worth a look.
