I swear there`s some hidden secret ingredient that makes it addictive. Once i open the packet i can`t stop eating till it`s gone

Seems to behave like real dairy cheese. It is quite soft and moist as well. *snigger*

Give it a good hard grate and have cheese on toast.

Might be foundin the refrigerator in Holland and Barratt.

It`s only 1.87 a block in my local health food shop ...is the cheapest of all the vegan cheeses they do..

I remember reading that real cheese has something in it that`s addictive so maybe they`ve done a fake version of that

Fek it's almost 3 round here. That's for the slices though. Had the block for the first time the other day but my daughter bought that online from Tesco.

Not sure with slices but I did hear that grated cheese is coated in something to stop it sticking together, which makes it more fattening, so I was told.

    I love Violife!
Another absolutely amazing brand is "Wilmersburger",
you can find that one in VX Bristol & London (and perhaps online)

Wilmersburger has a great selection and is THE BEST vegan cheese alternative I found so far

Violife is ok. On the whole though I'm not a fan of vegan cheese. I was vegetarian for many years but have only been vegan for 12 months. Would appreciate any tips

I've recently had the experience of the new Sainsbury's Range - and it's pretty good.

Best of all though is that it melts when heated!

Isn't it good? I had baked potatoes with melted cheese yesterday. It was awesome.

I think it's supplied by Bute Island, the same company who make Sheese - but specially formulated so a little bit different.

    Sheese is also good.
