One song for the rest of your life

If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life what would it be and why?

    Mine would be U2 One.

Good tune. I enjoy playing this on the bass.

I would struggle to choose just one but maybe for now ... Staggerlee .. Nick Cave.

Why? Because its an awesome tune.

I too like Nick Cave and enjoy murdering his tunes on the ukulele

I'm not sure I could choose one track to listed to for the rest of my life though.

There are so many to choose from......

But I reckon 'The Bluest Blues' by Alvin lee has to be one of top ones.....it's so moody, magnificent and has a face melting solo.
    Humph!

If there was only one song, that I could listen to, I would rather not have any; as any one song that I loved would become no more than an ear worm after some time, and I would hate for that to happen.

Kashmir. I've fallen asleep with that track playing on repeat many times and it never haunts me, always uplifts me.
(I've also fallen asleep with Leonard Cohen on repeat.......I *love* Leonard Cohen, but when I woke up a few hours later, I thought I'd been in a horror-coma for about a year......)

Can I change my song lol. I'm going to go for 'time to pretend' by divine comedy. It's the song I listen to when I'm feeling sorry for myself which is quite often x
