I buy Nescafé expresso when it's on offer. Or I just get by with standard coffee.

I make a rather nice coffee by a ton of good coffee powder in a big mug then I get mug hold in sink and pour from kettle at a great height varying the height then same with milk. It makes a good froth. I got idea watching Arabs doing it on telly sat in a tent pouring away.

Tea any sort standard green mint etc etc

Tea ~ simply grown to be loved. Putting a sweetener in it akes it further away from the farmers intended. Next you'll be putting a drop of whiskey in it. Most people who have been use to putting sugar in their tea, will never get to know the real quality of the infused leaf.
If ever you become brave and patient enough to except drinking your tea without sugar or sweetener. Then you will appreciate the true delights of a cuppa tea.
