    What foods do you eat daily?

    I always make sure my body is topped up with tumeric, ginger, coconut water and lots of vitamin c and alkaline foods!

    Slight weakness for garlic and using tooooooooooo much, walnuts (can't remember why, read something somewhere but like them in my muesli) and yep, agree on the alcohol foods.

    Almost always some kind of veg soup - Glorious being my favourite pre-made brand. Today it was spinach and chickpea about 15 minutes ago

    Almonds and Dates at the moment as we are making our own bars mainly made out of these two ingredients to snack on.
    And tending to use garlic most days too.

    Dried fruit and nuts......Sultanas,almonds cashews pecans walnuts pine-nuts hazels.
    Hebridean at heart..everywhere else is just somewhere on the way back there...

    Most days veg soup and wholegrain seeded cob

    Houmous. Love the garlici-ness & the texture, generally some kind of leaf with it as well. Trying to incorporate more nuts into my diet as well.

    I eat brazil nuts most days and almost every cooked meal begins with asafoetida and either kalonji or black mustard seeds.
    I could eat avocados every day if I could afford to.

    Good question, I eat very varied veggies, hm...One thing I eat daily...Does smoking weed count? Other than that I'd say carrots.

    I like to have my porridge with coconut oil,linseed,and banana daily..try to get garlic in a meal..always tons of veg,and trying to fit more fruit in x

    Usually Mango, bananas, and passion-fruit for breakfast, and raw-honey ... or eggs, I love a poached egg on cheese-on-toast with Knorr seasonal-all sprinkled over, very salty I know, but spiritually uplifting at the same time ... make's me smile anyway, and these are the foods I eat mostdays at this time of year. Bring on the free food season

    I'm going to try this for breakfast tomorrow morning.Overnight soak 1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup cold water,and a couple of tablespoons of yoghurt.In the morning after mixing,add whatever fruit you like.I'm going for banana with a small amount of honey.
