    What's your favorite vegetarian dish?

My absolute favorite has to be sallad. I love sallads. It's super fast to prepare, no cooking and can be almost infinitely varied.
Love everyone, even those who hate you, because they need your love the most.

Have to agree with you there Zambaku.. can't beat a salad, especially if it was growing outside your back door less than ten minutes before eating

    Pad Thai.

Lasagna, lots of roasted or fried veg with tons of garlic & a rich fake cheesy sauce.

Meze for me please with a bottle of Retsina to lubricate the tubes.

I made a delicious curried pasta salad this week. Put a block of silken tofu, salt, pepper, curry powder, turmeric, lemon juice and ground ginger in a food processor. Cook some pasta and add some veg for the last 5 minutes of cooking (I used broccoli, peas and carrots cut up quite small). When the pasta is cold stir the sauce in and there you have it. I put a handful of sultanas in it too. Made a big batch and took leftovers to work for lunch the next day.
