went to bed last night at 8pm,got up late at 7am, went to Asda and Poundland and did some stocking up, got a dozen free range eggs on the way back(1 for 6), put it all away in the larder, read the paper(Express) now about to start thinking about lunch-sausage sarnie!
this afternoon I will be preparing and cooking cottage pie for my tea, reason i'm cooking is wife is away for 5 days.

my dog is real quiet, doesn't say much, but there is a rottie next door but one, barks a lot, so when it starts, Odin responds, then we end up with this big stupid bark-off, they can't even see each other.

    tis doing my head in......

I don't think anyone would believe how quiet it is here, small housing estate on the edge of a small market town, 99% of the time its like a ghost town, the odd car going past. the weekends are even quieter, especially sundays, nobody else seems to get out of their pits before lunchtime-if then.

its only one way in/same way out again, we live right at the back, the only cars that go by are the people that live in the next street/close.
we've got fields and woods behind us, and I've got a clear view all the way around and out to the "main" road.

I've spent around 7 hours or so helping my daughter clear out my grandsons bedroom, and breaking up a massive, massive wardrobe. Can barely stand, I'm so full of aches and pains.. I swear grandson is a hoarder in the making.
