    It may seem fussy but homelessness is really not the issue here in terms of who the state agrees to help. Provision for travelling people is a whole other bit of law/policy. I did some study many years ago on GRT provision but have been working in and around the homelessness bits of housing law.for best part of a decade.

    Interesting how the 'response to housing crisis vs lifestyle choice' argument is so hot at the moment.

    hi, reside in cornwall,and have done since 1985.fifteen years in a caravan on a farmers field,now in housing association.there was a programme on radio cornwall very recently,on this. same subject.was on the phone in 12 to 3 pm.can be downloaded.
